No matter how strong you are, or think you are, don’t underestimate the power of the resistance band to finish you off at the end of your arm workout.
Focused less on my functional workouts tonight and replaced it with a good old fashioned arm day. However I experimented with these to try and completely fry my biceps at the end of my session. Still trying to keep the core tight but due to fatigue I struggled when I should have been really on it……… naughty Craig!!!!!
One slow, two fast till your arms give in. This happened fairly quickly for me tonight. I think this may have been due to training with a top on for a change. Pretty sure it sapped my energy and strength, haha
