Some clips from last night's leg day! Didn't get done until 2 am but I got it done nonetheless 🏼 -
Superset:
• Elevated stiff-legged deadlifts (narrow stance)-12 reps
• Static curtsy lunges- 10-12 reps each leg
• 15-20 reps med ball squat toss -
(3x total)

Also did:
• Goblet squats-20 reps 
SS w/
• Squat jumps-12 reps -
(3x total)

Superset:
• Lying band abduction (both sides)
• Lying band clamshell (both sides)
• Lateral band walks
(2x15-20 reps) -
• 2x15-20 banded kickbacks -
• 20 min incline walking
