When you train with friends and you make them your camera person (@axeldsm1)  on the 4th set of a circuit lesson learned today film on the first round lol Anywayyyyy I got the damn thing done! Like every other time I talk about cardio I'm gonna say I hate just running on a treadmill it bores me so then I don't wanna do it. So on my 1 cardio day a week (that's what works for me) I do drills like this. I'll post below ️ the details ------------------------------------------
Toe Taps - 20-30
Burpee with a high knee jump - 10-15
Plank shoulder touch 20-30
Push up - as many as you can do (I suckkkkkk at them) 
Jumping Lunge 20-30
High Kicks 20-30
Sled Pushes - 2
Rope Slams 20-30
Up and downs 20-30 
Repeat the whole thing 3-4 times (prepare to see death on the 3rd or 4th time but keep pushing do what you can just get it done 🏼🏼)
